Helado

The nationwide known ice (Helado) from Salcedo can be bought in numerous shops along the main street as the thoroughfare. It is a popsicle, it is packaged and therefore easily edible even for more sensitive European stomachs.

The colorful fruit ice cream has traditional colors and four flavors: orange for Naranjilla, green for Taxo, red for blackberry. The top finish is then a large piece of milk caramel ice cream.
