The Lega (Polish: Lega) is a 160 km long river in Masuria and Mazovia in Poland. It rises in the Seesker heights northeast of Oleckothat drains them south. It flows through numerous lakes, including the Great Sellmentsee and the Raygrodsee. During the course of the river it partly changes its name. It is a popular kayak trail that follows its mouth in the Elk continues.

The river shapes part of the southeastern one Masurian Lake District, namely the Lycker Lake District, in the Masurian-Warmian Voivodeship and Podlaskie. In its lower reaches it flows through the Biebrza National Park.
