1 Lenzerheide (Romansh Lai and 2 Valbella are both districts of the political Vaz municipality; the hamlet 3 Lain, 4 Muldain, 5 Zorten will be as Obervaz designated. One looks in vain for a town center with the designation Vaz or Obervaz, the signs and place-name signs also bear the name of Lenzerheide or. Valbella. The way to Lenzerheide leads over Churthat from Basel with direct trains via Zurich is achieved. In Chur one rises Post bus around, that via Lenzerheide every 30 minutes Tiefencastel moves.
Alternatively, you can take the Rhaetian Railway in the direction of St. Moritz and in Tiefencastel change to the post bus to Lenzerheide-Post.

The holiday region can be reached from Chur via the main road 
above Malix and Parpan, it is best to leave the motorway at the exit 
Chur Süd and reaches the canton road via the southern bypass.

In summer
hike
There are many hiking trails on Lenzerheide and the surrounding mountains. There are alpine huts for resting, but there are also fire pits along the way. These are equipped with firewood, so you only have to bring your own food (and a lighter). In dry summers, however, they may be closed due to the risk of forest fires.
- The 2 Parpaner Rothorn (2865 m) is the most famous mountain above Lenzerheide with a view of around 1000 peaks in the Graubünden, Glarus and St. Gallen Alps. The hike begins on Lenzerheide and initially leads through the forest on 3 Sanaspans waterfall over to the

From there it goes first over alpine meadows, then through scree to the summit, from where you can take the cable car down.
- Another mountain above Lenzerheide is the 4 Piz Scalottas (2323 m), also with a beautiful view of the surrounding (high) valleys. The hike up here is shorter than the one up the Rothorn and leads on 5 Valos reservoir and the

past. The chair lift takes you back to the valley.
- The 2575 m high 1 Stätzerhorn Just like the other two mountains above Lenzerheide, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. You can get there from Valbella via the 1 Alp Stätz hike. The way from that is shorter 1 Alp Nova (accessible by chairlift from the Fadail bus stop).

Swimming

Sledging
There are three toboggan runs on Lenzerheide:
- From the hamlet of Sporz, the slope leads over the closed road to Lain.
- Of 5 Tgantieni (Pronounced Tschantjeni) a toboggan run leads to Lenzerheide. You can get to the top with the chairlift of the same name.
- The highlight of the toboggan runs is the 3.8 km long from the 6 Scharmoin middle station (at the Rothornbahn) to the valley station of the same.
Cross-country skiing
On the plateau between Parpan and Lantsch / Lenz an extensive network of trails is groomed in winter. In the vicinity of Lantsch / Lenz there is also the 7 Biathlon arena
