The Ślęza (German: Tan) is a more than 70 km long tributary of the Or in the southwest Poland in the voivodeship Lower Silesia. It is very popular with canoeists and anglers.

The Ślęza rises in Sudeten Foreland at Ząbkowice Śląskie and flows north to the Oder, where it is in Wroclaw flows out.
