Luoding (罗定) or Loting is a county-level city in the northwest of Guangdong province, near the border with Guangxi. Population is small by Chinese standards, about a million.

Luoding is just off highway G324, one of the secondary routes from Guangzhou into Guangxi. From Guangzhou take G80, the main route toward Nanning, then branch off onto G324 at Yunfu.
