Międzygórze(German: Wolfelsgrund) is a mountain town in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the Glatzer Ländchen by doing Glatzer snow mountains, a part of the Medium brews. Its location makes the place an important center of tourism in the Glatzer Ländchen. The city is the starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. It is especially for the Wolf Rock Fall, the highest waterfall in the Sudetes outside of the Giant Mountains, known.

The place does not have a train station. The nearest major train station is in Kłodzko. Then it goes on by bus.

Intercity buses run regularly to Kłodzko and long-distance buses to other cities in the region.

All major roads lead over Kłodzko or Ząbkowice Śląskie.
