Morelos it is a federated state Mexican belonging to Central Mexico.
To know
Thanks to its favorable position in the state there are many health resorts and spas. The best known is Cuautla. There are also the pre-Columbian ruins of Xochicalco declared patrimony ofUNESCO.
The name of this state recalls José María Morelos y Pavón, a national hero born on 30 September 1765.

It borders to the south with Guerrero and to the east with Puebla and to the north and west with the State of Mexico.
