Moszna(German: Mosques) is a village in the Opole Voivodeship north of the Zuckmanteler Berglands at the foot of the Sudeten. The place is mainly for being lock known, which is considered one of the most beautiful in Silesia.

It was first mentioned there in 1679, even if the original baroque palace is older. In 1742/1763 the place came to Prussia and a second palace was built from 1768 with today's palace park. In 1896 the place was connected to the rail network. In the same year the baroque palace burned down and was then rebuilt by 1914. In 1945 the place came to Poland. Since 1948 there is a stud and a riding school not far from the castle.

Intercity buses run regularly to Opole and long-distance buses to other cities in the region.

In the street

Moszna lies between Prudnik and Opole.

From Germany you can take the A4, which is also called A4 in Poland, to the Opole junction. From there you drive south towards Prudnik.

From southern Germany you can alternatively travel through the Czech Republic Prague, Hradec Králové and Kłodzko drive. From Austria you drive over Brno and Olomouc.
