The region Dreiländer-Naturpark Nature Park Raab-Őrség-Goricko is located on the border triangle Austria-Hungary-Slovenia.

The diversity of nature in these border regions is unique, the scenic backdrops offer wonderful hiking trails, forest trails and other interesting and educational attractions.
Historically, the area is significant on the Austrian side insofar as it was here on August 1, 1664 military battles have taken place. The Ottoman conquerors advancing towards Western Europe were at Mogersdorf defeated by a Christian army composed of Austrian, German and French soldiers. The Goricko National Park in Slovenia as well as the Őrség National Park in Hungary also offer something worth mentioning historically.
