Due to the location of the commune between two major cities of Wielkopolska: Ostrów Wielkopolski and Kalisz, it is not one of the most attractive cities in terms of tourism. However, this does not mean that it is not worth visiting and seeing:
- Interesting palacesthat have found private owners and regain their former glory every year - such as Chotów, Plums, Kotowiecko and Miedzianów.
- Three wooden churches - in Droszewo, Burden and Biskupice Ołobocze. They come from the 18th century and present a high artistic level.
- Temple of st. Catherine in Skalmierzyce - considered the most valuable religious monument. The present building was built in 1791, although its history goes back many centuries. The oldest part of the sanctuary is a late Renaissance chapel with rich period furnishings. Inside it is image of Our Lady of Skalmierzyce considered one of the most beautiful Marian images in Poland. It is surrounded by votive plaques, including a silver gorget from 1634, donated by himself King Władysław IV.
