Grabów nad Prosną (German: Grabow) is a historic city in the polish Voivodeship Greater Poland in the Grabower Basin, part of the Schildberger Hill country, at the Prosna, a tributary of the Warta. The city is east of the Militsch Lakes in the south of the historical region Greater Poland in the Sieradzer country not far on the border to Lower Silesia and Łódź.
