Ukraine, Odessa Oblast highlighted
The Odessa Oblast lies in the Ukraine. It borders the oblasts in the north Vinnytsia and Kirovohrad, in the east to the Mykolaiv Oblast, in the west Moldova and in the south Romania. To the southeast is the coast of the Black Sea the border.
