Orcha is a city of Belarus located in the Vitebsk Voblast.It is the oldest city in Belarus, the first reference dates from 1067. Located on the Dnieper at the confluence of the Orshitsa river in 202 km east of Minsk.

Orcha is the largest railway junction in Belarus, there are direct train connections between the city of Orcha and Paris, Berlin, Warsaw, Vilnius, Moscow, Smolensk, Kiev , Saint PETERSBOURG and a number of other towns. The city is linked by rail with the cities of Belarus and Russia in six directions Vitebsk, Lepiel, Minsk, Mogilev, Krytchaw and Smolensk.
