The Paul Monastery (also Deir Anbā Būlā, The Monastery of St. Paul, Arabic:دير الأنبا بولا‎, Dair al-Anbā Būlā, spoken: Dēr il-Amba Būlā) is a monastery in the Arabian desert in the egyptianGovernorateRed Sea. It is located about 39 km southwest of the lighthouse of Ra's Za'farāna and 290 km from Cairo away.
