Small Sunda Islands (Nusa Tenggara) is the name of an archipelago which, together with the Great Sunda Islands, constitutes the Sunda Islands archipelago, in turn part of theIndonesia.

Small Western Sunda Islands (Nusa Tenggara Barat)
Lombok - For those looking for a quiet tropical island, with a much calmer pace than neighboring Bali, and the gateway to eastern Indonesia.
Sumbawa - largely unknown except for some intrepid surfers and hikers.
Small Eastern Sunda Islands (Nusa Tenggara Timur)
Alor archipelago - World famous site for diving and fishing against a backdrop of smoking volcanoes.
West Timor - Administrative capital of the region.
Sumba Island - Wild, remote and particularly beautiful.

- Ende - Quiet and main city of Flores.
- Kupang - Capital of the Small Eastern Sunda Islands, in the part western Timor.
- Labuan Bajo - Starting point from Flores towards the island of Komodo, and site for diving and snorkeling.
- Mataram - Capital of the Western Small Sunda Islands, a Lombok.
- Maumere - The main transport hub a Flores.
- Senggigi - The main tourist city of Lombok.
- Sumbawa Besar - The largest city in Sumbawa.
- Waikabubak - Seat of the pasolas and some truly spectacular beaches in the west ofSumba Island.
- Waingapu - The main city ofSumba Island and entry point to the most mysterious of these islands.

- Gili Islands - Three beautiful little islands perched outside of Lombok, in the past a mecca for backpackers while today a destination in strong growth.
- Mount Rinjani - Popular with volcano climbers and visitors to Lombok.
- Mount Tambora - A rarely visited volcano in the most remote area of Sumbawa.
- Moyo - Superb diving national marine park and home to a notable resort.
