The Postum flow (Polish: Postomia) is an approx. 70 km long wild tributary of the Warta in the western Poland in the voivodeship Lebus. It rises near Sulęcin in the Bürger See (Polish: Postomsko) on the Lubusz Lake District.
Run
The postum flow arises at Sulęcin, pours through the Lagow Lake District and ends in Warthe Estuary National Park at Kostrzyn nad Odrą in the waiting area. It is connected to the tributaries and some lakes by canals. The river network can be traveled by canoe or kayak.
