Kluczbork poviat located in the northern part of the Opolskie Voivodeship, in the Silesian Lowlands on the Stobrawa River - the right tributary of the Odra River. The city is the seat of the poviat Kluczbork.

Geography
Due to its location in terms of the shape of the surface, the Kluczbork County belongs to the lowlands. The vast majority of its area does not exceed the height of 250 m above sea level. Therefore, the landscape is dominated by lowland areas, and the unevenness of the terrain - the height differences, as a rule, do not exceed the values of 20-40 m.

The mosaic of forests and meadows as well as numerous rivers and ponds mean that the district is characterized by a great diversity of habitats and plant communities, abundant in protected and rare plant species. Many of them, such as club moss, forked crow, juniper club moss, white water lily, daffodil daffodil, common periwinkle was included in the "Red List of Endangered Vascular Plants in Poland". The numerous forest complexes here are very attractive for mushroom pickers, because there is a great wealth of mushrooms (wild mushrooms, chanterelles, butterflies, boletes), as well as undergrowth (blueberries and blueberries), and thus the forests are full of game: deer, deer, wild boar , hares, foxes and martens, which is not a small attraction for hunters.
