The Ruda (German: Mange) is an approx. 50 km long tributary of the Or in the southwest Poland in the voivodeship Silesia. It is very popular with canoeists and anglers.

Run

The Ruda arises in that Silesian promontory at Żory and flows west to the Oder, where it joins Kuźnia Raciborska flows out. It flows through the Plesser heather.
