A hill (denudation outlander) 323 m above sea level, covered with a mixed forest, built from sandstones. It is the highest hill in the Łódź Province. In the past, the hill was forestless, now it is covered with subcontinental oak-hornbeam forest and continental mixed forest. The oak-hornbeam stand consists of: pedunculate oak, spruce, beech, Norway maple, sycamore maple, small-leaved linden and hornbeam. The protected and rare plants found in the reserve include: common ivy, common hoof, Kashubian buttercup, vetch, violet, dogwood, sweet frost and Lily of the valley and common fern.
There is a hillfort on the top of the hill, the castle functioned in the 9th-12th centuries.
