Hołda nature reserve - Rezerwat przyrody Hołda

Nature reserve in Poland in voivodeship of Lodz in Wieluń County, in the municipality Konopnica. Szczercowska Basin mesoregion.

Geographic coordinates: 51 ° 21'47 ″ N, 18 ° 48'14 ″ E

Type of reserve: floristic, forest, partial. It covers an area of ​​71.24 ha. It is one of the younger reserves, established by the Regulation of the Minister of Environmental Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry of 23 December 1998 (Journal of Laws of 1998, No. 164, item 1188). According to the establishing act, the purpose of protection is to preserve, for scientific and didactic reasons, the well-preserved natural lowland forests, characteristic of the Central Poland Lowlands. The fragment of the forest complex adjacent to the Warta valley is protected. During the research on the vegetation in the reserve, pine forests were found: wet, fresh and dry.

Of the vascular plants, the following deserve attention: hugs Schultes, greater yoke, hepatica, it is empty and frantic feeble. The animal world inhabiting the reserve is rich. The following were noted here: a zigzag viper, sparrowhawk, black stork, woodcock, badger, large nightcap.
