Roscoff is a french City in the department Finistère, in the Brittany.
background
Politically, the municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Morlaix and the canton of Saint-Pol-de-Léon. Roscoff has been an independent municipality since 1789, when it separated from Saint-Pol-de-Léon.
The five-year-old landed here in 1548 w: Maria Stuartto live in exile in France for a while.
