Sangha and Likouala is a region in the far northern hinterland of Republic of the Congo.
To know
It takes its name from the two most important rivers that cross it; although the most important river in the area is the Ubangi, which runs along the eastern border of the country.

Urban centers
- Impfondo - Capital of the Likouala region overlooking the Ubangi river located in the road to Bangui (Central African Republic).
- Ouésso - The city is surrounded by rainforest and stretches along the Sangha River which leads to the Dzanga-Sangha Special Reserve in Central African Republic. It is also an important stopover for transits from the Cameroon to Democratic Republic of Congo.

- Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park - A vast national park bordering the Dzanga-Sangha Special Reserve of the Central African Republic.
