Sopot (German Sopot) is a seaside resort on the Baltic Sea in Poland at the Kashubian coast the Gdańsk Bay in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

There are many exchange offices in Sopot; the rate may be cheaper at the ATM (ATM). The most expensive thing to do is to change money at Gdansk Airport. A visit to Gdańsk or Gdynia is recommended for shopping, as there is more to choose from.
