Sundvolle is a village on the east bank of the Tyrifjord in Buskerud, about 40 km north of Oslo located.

Sundvolle is best known for its two hotels, Sundvolle and Kleivstua. The former is considered to be one of the oldest hotels in Norway.

Geographically, Sunnhaben is on the northeastern bank of the Tyrifjord, by the E16 bridge over the access to the Steinsfjord, the northeast arm of the Tyrifjord. The Steinsfjorden also forms the northern edge of Oslomarka, the forested region north of Oslo, which is also called Krokskogen around Sundvolle.

Sundvolle is located on the E16 Sandvika coming, which branches off from the E18 from Oslo. (Oslo - Sundeven 43 km).
