Useful information

To be able to visit the mountains and the Mediterranean scrub, you must ask the family owner of the "Marzano" island for permission and have their consent. Access without the consent of the owners is considered a crime (violation of private property). Furthermore, the east side of the island is a military zone as there is a NATO base, therefore access to that area is prohibited both by land and by sea.
