The crossing the Canada by train is a rail route from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean crossing the continent North American.

Understand

The Trans-Canada train journey isn't the easiest, but it does offer some amazing views. Moreover, the majority of people who make the trip by train Vancouver To Halifax (or vice versa) do it for fun since the same plane trip is faster and cheaper; which will make you feel like your trip is a party. The trip lasts six days including a fairly long stop at Toronto or to Montreal. However, if you want to experience the Canada, it is recommended to plan two weeks and take time in Montreal, Toronto, Jasper and in Vancouver.

The trip is offered year round, but be aware that interruptions are possible in winter, that is to say from November to April.

In fact, the Trans-Canada train journey takes place in three stages. The first is to Halifax in New Scotland To Montreal to Quebec and allows you to discover the scenic coast of Nova Scotia and cross the New Brunswick. Then, the journey follows the Appalachian Mountains in Quebec. The second part is from Montreal to Toronto in Ontario. This one is more modern and has more of the feel of a normal trip than for pleasure compared to the rest of the route with several people making the trip on business. Nevertheless, the route runs along the St.Lawrence River and passes near the Thousand Islands before going along the coast of lake ontario. The third part is the longest part of the journey from Toronto to Vancouver in British Columbia by first passing through the forests of Northern Ontario before going to the Meadows. After two nights, the train arrives at Rocky Mountains in Alberta, where you should not miss going in the wagon with a panoramic dome, before going to the Pacific coast. It is of course possible to make the trip in the opposite direction.
