Trebur is a municipality on the Rhine in South Hesse.

Trebur is located on the Rhine floodplains away from the major traffic routes. The historic old town with around 300 half-timbered houses is part of the German half-timbered street.

In addition to the core city, Astheim and Geinsheim also belong to Trebur. The fourth district, Hessenaue, has achieved a certain "fame" because the site was laid out by the National Socialists in the form of a swastika, which can still be seen very clearly on maps and aerial photographs.
