Fight and Pee (also called the Vechtplassen area) is a region in the northwest of the province Utrecht. The region is bordered to the north by the agglomeration Amsterdam and to the south by the conurbation Utrecht. Yet the region is an oasis of tranquility in a vast green polder landscape. In the east, the region merges into the Throw and Fight Region and in the west and south in the Green Heart. In some definitions, the region is part of the Green Heart.
