Central Asia is a region of Asia. The region has no exact borders but is generally considered to include the former Soviet republics as well as Afghanistan.
Central Asia is an arid region, historically coveted for its position among the Europe it's the Far East like the legendary Silk Road. It is home to generally poor, mostly Muslim, and historically nomadic people.
