El-Ur, also al- / el-Or / Our / Aour / Awar, Arabic:العور‎, al-ʿŪr / al-ʿAur, also esch-Schuhada,الشهداء‎, ash-Schuhadāʾ, is a central egyptian Village in the governorate el-Minyā 6 kilometers northwest of Samālūṭ. The 2018 built Church of the Martyrs of Faith and Home is intended to commemorate 21 Christian guest workers working in Libya who were beheaded by terrorists of the Islamic State on February 12, 2015.
