There is no thermal water in Bad Vilbel because the mineral water is cold. But it is available in abundance and very rich in minerals. The high iron content of the springs makes them particularly noticeable and can actually be seen and tasted due to the rust-red discoloration, for example at the Roman fountain. Bad Vilbel is a health resort and you can take mineral water baths there, which are characterized by a high carbonic acid content. However, the spa operation is no longer comparable to that of earlier times when Bad Vilbel was a full spa as a spa.
