Characteristic

- Manama - the capital of the country. It is worth seeing the National Museum, City with skyscrapers, the Koran Museum Bait al Quran, Formula 1 track
- Al-Muharraq - the former capital of the country (until 1923). Old souk (market place) and restored traditional houses, which are home to exhibitions presenting the culture of Bahrain
- Dar Islands - a trip on the trail of pearl fishermen, it can be combined with diving.
- A'ali - near the city there are numerous burial mounds of the Dilmun and Tylos cultures (from 3,000 BC to the 3rd century AD). You can also visit operating pottery workshops
- "Tree of Life" - a tree about 400 years old, growing in the desert, drawing water from an unknown source. There are also assumptions that the tree is a mutant that can use salt water
- Old forts, built in the 16th century by the Portuguese. Two on the island of Mukarrak (one near the airport). Near the 16th century fort Bahrain, remains of the 11th century fortifications
- Khamis Mosque - remains of a 7th century mosque (later expanded and rebuilt), probably the oldest mosque on the island
- Oil museum - opened at the first oil well (from 1932) on the 60th anniversary of its construction, contains old photos, equipment and a working model of the drilling tower
