The City of Bergen is located in the northern part of the district of Celle and belongs to Lueneburg Heath. Bergen consists of a total of 13 localities. These include Becklingen, Belsen, Bergen, Bleckmar, Diesten, Dohnsen, Eversen, Hagen, Hassel, Nindorf, Offen, Sülze and Wardböhmen.

The nearest train stations are in Soltau (approx. 23 km) and in Celle (approx. 24 km). The best way to continue your journey by bus is from Celle.

In the street

Leave the A 7 motorway at the Soltau-Süd exit and follow the B3 in the direction of Bergen.

On foot

The Jakobusweg Lüneburg Heath leads through mountains.
