Blue Creek Village is a place in Orange Walk District in Belize.
background
This place was founded in 1958 by Mennonites from Mexico. Today these Mennonites are quite open to modern technology, just like the Mennonites in Spanish lookout. Deeply rooted in ancient traditions combined with modern agriculture, this results in the most effective agricultural town in all Belize. The Mennonites are not only open to modern agriculture, eco-tourism is also seen as an increasing source of income.
