Important transport hubs are the capital Kecskémet, Kiskunfelegyháza and Baja. The M5 motorway (Budapest-Szeged) crosses the region in a north-west-south-east direction. There are Danube bridges at Baja and Dunaföldvár. The closest international airport is Budapest Airport. With trains from Budapest Keleti you can reach the most important larger towns of the county - if necessary with a change. The runs along the left bank of the Danube Danube Cycle Path Budapest-Belgrade. (Euro Velo 6)
