1 Canyon Rio Sass (Path not recommended for heart patients and those suffering from vertigo and claustrophobia. Journey time: about 2 hours (2.5 km in total length). Equipment provided by the organization: helmet (mandatory) and waterproof cape. Entry to children from 0 to 3 years of age, transported in backpacks or baby carriers, is allowed only if equipped with a protective helmet (the organization does not, however, have helmets of these sizes)), ☎ 39 0463 850000, @[email protected].
Adults: € 9.00 - Children from 6 to 12 years: € 6.00 - Children under 6 years: free - Groups over 25 people: € 7.00 one free admission every 25 people.
Guided tours with reservations required (book a few days in advance): every day from April to mid-November. Times are confirmed upon booking. Meeting point for participants: at the Smeraldo Cooperative, piazza S. Giovanni 9, Fondo. Ravine 300 meters long and 60 meters deep, which descends between rocks and thin waterfalls. In addition to the continuous waterfalls, stalagmites, stalactites, concretions, giant pots, colonies of red and green algae and fossils are visible all along its path. This, always well equipped in the rock thanks to comfortable walkways suspended in the void, bleachers and stairs, is to be walked in both directions, descending and climbing 600 steps (1200 meters) twice.
- 2 Emerald Lake (It is possible to reach it directly by car or by going up the path that follows its estuary. Here you pass an ancient wash house, a Roman bridge and the reconstruction of an old mill (no longer functioning)). Small artificial lake located at 1001 m.
- Church of San Martino. Parish church located in the center of the town.
- Church of Santa Lucia. Small church located on a hill north of the town.
- Church of San Rocco.
