Frick is a community in Swiss Canton Aargau.
background
The market town of Frick is located in a basin of the Frick valley measuring around 1 kilometer, at the junction to the Jura passes Bözberg, Staffelegg and Benkerjoch. Already in Roman times a road ran through here, which Augusta Raurica With Vindonissa Association. So it is not surprising that a place was able to develop here in the Middle Ages. During the Austrian rule, it even became the capital of the Fricktal region.

In the street
The main road number 3 and the N3 motorway open up the community when coming from Basel. The Frick motorway exit is about 1 kilometer outside the center. From the main road number 3, which leads over the Bözberg to Brugg, the main road number 24 branches off via the Staffelegg to Aarau. A side road connects Frick with Laufenburg. Another main road leads to Sissach.
