Urban centers
- Gniezno - Gniezno is another city linked to the beginnings of the Polish state and to the Dukes of Piast. It preserves an interesting historic center gathered around a solemn Gothic-style cathedral.
- Gorzów Wielkopolski - Large city and one of the two capitals of the Lubusz Voivodeship.
- Gołuchów - Tiny village on the Poznań-Kalisz road with a magnificent Renaissance castle set in a large park.
- Kalisz - The oldest city in Poland also mentioned in Roman texts from the second century AD.
- Kłodawa - It has the largest still active salt mine in the whole country.
- Poznań - A thriving city dedicated to trade and in particular to design. .
- Wolsztyn - Famous for being the site of the last depot in Europe of steam locomotives in regular service. It also offers wonderful lakes, an open-air museum and the Robert Koch museum.
- Zielona Góra - Large city and one of the two capitals of the Lubusz Voivodeship. It is considered the capital of Polish wine.
