The Hermsdorfer See (Polish: Osiek) is a lake on the Woldenberg Lake District in the polish Voivodeship Lebus in the historical region Neumark. It is one of the largest lakes in the Lake District and the Voivodeship. It is located southwest of the National Park Drage in the Drager heather.

It is a branched postglacial lake with bays and peninsulas. The Rinnenee is very long and narrow. It is often used by water sports enthusiasts. The lake is through that Mierzęcka Struga with the Drage and thus with the river system of the Or and Warta connected.
