Jonquieres is a municipality in the department of Vaucluse in France.

Traces of occupation in this town of nearly 5,000 inhabitants inhabitants, since antiquity. - 2 Church of Causans – The church bears the name of the hamlet which shelters it "Terre de Causans". This hamlet is the birthplace of a former deputy from Vaucluse, Jacques de Vincens by Mauléon de Causans, marquess of the place, and deputy during the States General convened by Louis XVI.

The old station of the town is the current starting point of the cycle route Via Venaissia, in the direction ofAubignan. An extension to the station Carpentras is under development.
