  • Neidin View. The house is located in a new development of around 130 terraced houses on the north-western outskirts of Kenmare. Comfortable holiday apartment, the week costs € 500 to € 550 (including bed linen, towels, water, etc.). After the front door of the two-storey house is the access to the living room with TV (only Irish channels) and an open fireplace, on the back of the house was the spacious kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven - a double-leaf patio door leads to a seating area with garden furniture. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including a room with a French bed. Here is the bathroom with a water heater, and an extra toilet on the ground floor. The apartment looked like it was first time occupancy, everything was very clean. There is a large parking lot on the property in front of the house. Half of the houses in the residential complex are permanently inhabited, but very quiet in our peripheral location. The house is a ten-minute walk into town, ideal for an evening stroll and in the morning to the bakery.

trips

  • The south-west of Ireland is characterized by the five peninsulas that stretch 50-60 km into the Atlantic, from north to south:
    • Dingle Peninsula. The most beautiful peninsula.
    • Iveragh. The largest peninsula with the famous Ring of Kerry.
    • Beara Peninsula. The most pristine peninsula, with Gleninchaquin Park.
    • Sheep's Head. The loneliest peninsula.
    • Mizen Peninsula. The peninsula with the most beautiful Atlantic view.

Given the road conditions, you need a day for an extensive tour around each peninsula.

  • Cork. 70 km.
