South Moravian Region - administrative region in Czechia, the equivalent of the Polish province, located in the southern part of Moravia. To the south it borders with Austrian region Lower Austria, from the south-east with Slovak regions Trenčín country and Trnava country, from the northeast with the Zlin country and the country of Olomouc, from the north with the Pardubice countryand from the west with the country of Vysočina. Its area is part of the territorial district of the same name.
