Cities
- 1 Krasnodar (Краснодар) – Administrative capital of Krasnodar Krai, the city can be proud of a very mild weather. Its botanical garden is one of the most beautiful in southern Russia.
- 2 Abrau-Dyurso (Абрау-Дюрсо) – Charming village by a lake, about five km from the Black Sea coast. It sits in the heart of Russia's largest fine wine vineyard
- 4 Armavir (Армавир) – Founded in 1839 by Armenians. Armavir has several important industrial establishments
- 5 Anapa (Анапа) – A popular seaside resort, Anapa is located on the site of Sinda, a large ancient port founded in the 6th century BC. AD by Greeks from Pont-Euxin (the current Turkish coast of the Black Sea)
- 6 Gelendzhik (Геленджик) – Another seaside resort on the bay of the same name
- 7 Labinsk – The city is a spa, whose mineral waters resemble those of Baden-Baden

- 10 Taman (Тамань) – village which is about to become an international freight port according to a 2015 project. A museum is open in the small house where Mikhail Lermontov stayed during his relegation, as well as a museum dedicated to the Kuban Cossacks.
- 11 Tuapse (Туапсе) – an important deep-water port, where an oil pipeline ends, but also an important seaside resort and a renowned tourist town

- 1 Caucasus Nature and Biosphere Reserve (Кавказский государственный природный биосферный заповедник) – Former hunting reserve of the Grand Dukes Peter Nikolaevich and George Mikhailovich which was inscribed in 1999 on the World Heritage List.
- 2 Krasnaya Polyana (Красная Поляна) – ski resort located near the town of Sochi and the coasts of the Black Sea. Soviet politicians from the Nomenklatura have built their dachas in Krasnaya Polyana. More recently, Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev regularly take advantage of the calm of the mountains in the state residences allocated to them.
- 3 Sochi National Park (Сочинский национальный парк) – The park is located near the town of Sochi and extends to the border with the Republic of Abkhazia. The Persian Leopard was reintroduced there in 2009, in order to ensure the sustainability of the captive population. The first cubs were born in 2013 and will be released elsewhere once their autonomy is assured. They are the subject of a European captive breeding program.
