Misurina lake is located in Veneto.
To know
It is the largest natural lake in the Cadore and is located at 1,754 m a Misurina, fraction of Auronzo di Cadore. The perimeter is 2.6 km while the depth is 5 meters. The Alta via n. 3, which starting from Villabassa reaches Longarone.
Geographical notes
To the east of the lake there are ski lifts, and the Cadini di Misurina chain, crossed by the equipped Alberto Bonacossa path. North of the lake, taking the road that leads to Three peaks of Lavaredo, is the Lake of Antorno. To the south, on the other hand, is the Sorapiss Group.

- 1 Excursion to the Auronzo Refuge (At 2,320 m. The refuge can be reached by car from a 7 km toll road, also provided by public transport. From the lake it is possible to go up to the refuge via a path that runs along the road in an hour's walk.). From here a wonderful view of the Three peaks of Lavaredo.
- 2 Tour of the Three Peaks of Lavaredo. The circumnavigation of the three peaks of the Auronzo - Langalm - Dreizinnenhütte - Auronzo Refuge route is popular, but this route is partially overcrowded, especially in summer.
