Namche Bazar is a city of Nepal.

To know

The village houses the headquarters of the Sagarmatha National Park, which includes many famous Himalayan peaks. From the headquarters of the Sagarmatha National Park, located near the village, you can enjoy a magnificent view of some famous Himalayan peaks, such as Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku and Ama Dablam.   • Namche market. As the name of the village suggests, Namche Bazar has a market. Every Saturday morning above the town's main path, Sherpas from the surrounding valleys sell their agricultural and electronic products from Kathmandu. While the goods themselves may not be of interest to tourists the market itself certainly is. Also worth seeing is the Yak "parking area" above the market.
