Nuevo León it is a state Mexican in the territory of Northern Mexico.

Geographical notes
It borders to the north and east with the state of Tamaulipas, to the south with the Zacatecas is San Luis Potosí and to the west with the Coahuila, in the northern part it borders for about 15 km with the Texas (USA).
Background

- Monterrey - Capital of the state of Nuevo León and third largest city in Mexico.

By car

- MARCO (Contemporary art museum) - The museum is located next to the government building, always has a different exhibition of contemporary Latin American paintings.

Safety
State and federal police often set up checkpoints on main roads. They are looking for drug traffickers, but sometimes they ask to see your residence permits and / or vehicle import licenses.
