The largest island, with a population of around 6,000 people.
Koror
The largest city is located there. Connected to Babeldaob Island by a bridge.
Chelbacheb Islands
Made up of nearly 300 mostly uninhabited islands, it is home to Jellyfish Lake, a lake with millions of non-dangerous jellyfish where divers can swim safely.
Peleliu
About 700 people live here, most of them in the village of Kloulklubed.
Angaur
Isolated southern outpost with around 200 inhabitants, site of a major WWII naval battle and currently a popular surfing destination.
Sonsorol Islands
Consists of Sonsorol and Hatohobei, these islands are home to around 100 residents southwest of the rest of Palau.
