The Bertone Park is a protected area located in Lombardy, in the municipality of Goito.

To know

It was the summer residence of the noble D'Arco family of Mantua.

Flora and fauna

Flora

Black pines, magnolias, yews, oaks, hornbeams, hackberries, plane trees, English oaks, black walnuts. Rather rare a specimen of ginko biloba 200 years old and 40 meters high.

Fauna

The park hosts the "White stork reintroduction center".

The pond

By car

It can be reached from the SP 236 "Goitese" tra Goito is Marmirolo. Take Strada Bertone Colarina.

Full ticket: 2 Euros. Free for children and teenagers up to 12 years of age and for those over 70.
