Church of Maria Santissima Annunziata
  • 1 Church of Maria Santissima Annunziata, Piazza Duomo (at the center of Corso Dei Mille), 39 0918902105. It is the mother church which was built between 1552 and 1570 and was enlarged several times over the years, in the following two centuries.   • 2 Church of the Sacred Heart (Sanctuary of Beata Pina Suriano), Via Crispi, 96. It owes its construction to the homonymous association founded in 1861 with the aim of giving Christian burial to those condemned to death who were often hanged in the Piazza del Duomo.   • Church of San Giuseppe, Course of the Thousand. It was built on the old structure of the Church of San Francesco Lo Vecchio between 1737 and 1939. It contains six seventeenth-century paintings.
  • 3 Maria SS. del Carmine, Corso dei Mille, 250/252. The convent of the Carmelite friars, with the adjoining Carmelite church, was built in today's Piazza Garibaldi, in front of the Church of San Rocco, at the behest of the entire civic council in the session of 17 September 1634.

  • 7 Music Kiosk, Garibaldi Square. Of neoclassical taste.
  • 8 Real Cantina Borbonica, Via Principe Umberto, 312, 39 0918913200. It represents one of the first examples in the world of a social cellar built by Ferdinand I of Bourbon in 1803.
  • 9 Ram Palace, via Ramo. Mannerist-style farmhouse built by nobles from Catalonia in the 16th century.
Borgo Parrini
  • 10 Municipal Villa Regina Margherita, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, 70/66. Built in the nineteenth century thanks to the administrators of the time Poma Avolos and Antonino Ragona. The villa was inaugurated on May 18, 1883 and was immediately enriched by a marble bust depicting Giuseppe Garibaldi and one depicting Vittorio Emanuele II.
  • 11 Villa Falcone, via Kennedy. It is dedicated to Giovanni Falcone, a Palermo judge killed by the mafia in 1992, in nearby Capaci.
  • 12 Castellaccio. Military tower from the 14th century.
