Peguera (unofficially Castilian Paguera) is a place in the southwest of the Balearic Island Mallorca. He belongs to the church Calvià in the region Serra de Tramuntana.
background
The place, which can be found in many German-speaking travel guides under its Castilian name Paguera, is known for its three gently sloping beaches and is therefore popular with families with children. The place is especially popular with German-speaking tourists. Not only do many German-speaking emigrants run shops, hotels, bars and restaurants here, the locals have also adapted to the predominantly German-speaking clientele, so that you can spend your holiday here in a relaxed manner without having much knowledge of foreign languages.

The closest airport is the Palma de Mallorca Airport

In the street
Follow the motorway from Palma de Mallorca MA-1 to the west, which is led to Peguera and from there as an expressway in the direction Andratx runs.
The boulevard running through the town center, the former main street, was converted a few years ago into a traffic-calmed one-way street that can only be used in a west-east direction. At night, the passage is closed to normal through traffic. Since the rest of the street system of Peguera consists mainly of one-way streets, getting to the destination address is not always easy, especially when the boulevard is closed. By boat
There is no port and no ferry transfer in Pegeura. It is possible to anchor in the bay in front of Peguera.
By bus
Peguera is connected to the local transport system in Mallorca. Between Palma de Mallorca and Port de Andratx reverses the line L-102that offers the fastest connection. As an alternative there is the line L-103, their route through Santa Ponça and Puerto Portals leads, or the line L-104 their coastal route through Costa de la Calma, Santa Ponça, el Toro, Son Ferrer, Magaluf, Palmanova, Son Caliu and Puerto Portals offers the most beautiful view.
